At The End Step, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to photograph and describe our dice as authentically as possible, but hey, sometimes you just can't tell until you're holding them. So if you purchase one of our dice and you want to swap it out, here's how we can help:

  • You are welcome to return or exchange this item 
  • You must return the product, at your cost, within 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless it's a screw up on our end. If that's the case, please reach out to us before shipping the item so we can discuss how to make it right. 
  • You are responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with us) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
  • You will receive your refund once the item has arrived back here, plus any time your payment method may require for processing.
