Shipping Policy
At The End Step, we want you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible! Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand and that we're humans too. With that in mind, here are a few of our policies regarding shipping:
- At the moment, we provide free tracked shipping on all our orders.
- Most dice listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
- Some of our dice are currently in production, so they reflect a 1-4 week delivery window based on when we think we'll have them ready to ship. Purchasing them now ensures your name is added to the list for the current production run.
- We do our very best to keep our listings and inventories up to date, but accidents do happen. If for some reason something isn't available after you order it, we will be in touch to discuss options including a full refund if desired.
- Once we hand off your order to the mail carrier, we have as much info as you do via the tracking number. Most times USPS gets it right, sometimes they do not. If something has gone ary with your order, please reach out to us.
